During the day we will think of some of the very real issues facing churches and Christian people today such as how a church can engage effectively with local communities, how we keep getting more inspired as the years pass by, how we maintain a sense of value and worth and how a church grows as we work with communities.
Our speaker is Paul Francis who is the leader of Glenwood Church in Cardiff. He has been in Christian ministry for over 30 years, including seven years as a youth leader and the last twelve as Senior Leader of the church. He is a gifted and engaging speaker with tremendous experience in church work. He also enjoys reading, any sport, but particularly rugby, and good films and TV drama.
This will be a really interesting day suitable for anyone with an interest in seeing how churches can grow and how we can engage more closely with our communities.
